In Ukraine, the condition of surface water near industrial enterprises is extremely critical. The operation leads to intensive pollution with and domestic wastewater. Therefore, improving quality treatment facilities through introduction automated control systems an urgent problem.
 For for typical cleaning processes, a software package required, which developed on basis appropriate algorithmic mathematical models processes. To obtain them, methods simulation modeling block diagram method algorithmization were used.
 order assess algorithm controlling process buffer wastewater neutralization during operation, comparison system based this most successful foreign variants was made. Simulation average values operating parameters Q = 75 m3 / h, CP g l, Ck 2 l at minimum b 0.02 pH maximum value 0.47 pH, also unidirectional extreme combination 50 100 0,02 CP= buffering shows that best transient processes algorithm. any parameters, transients provide better transients. Studies have shown in previously proposed provides by reducing time dynamic deviation output improves treatment.
 Given non-stationary high requirements manual beyond power even experienced operator. model describing dynamics reactor properties made it possible proceed development software, necessary process.
